Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once a shipment has been dispatched. Returns are not accepted for opened or compromised product. Advanced Aminos reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected non-research intent, geographic restrictions, age verification failure, or prior order disputes.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADVANCED AMINOS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from: (a) your purchase or use of any product; (b) any misuse, mislabeling, or mishandling of products by you or any third party; (c) any personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from product use outside of authorized research contexts; (d) any inaccuracy in product documentation or purity data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Advanced Aminos and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your purchase or use of any product in violation of these Terms; (b) your breach of any representation or warranty herein; (c) any misuse or redistribution of products purchased from Advanced Aminos.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@advancedaminos.com and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings to be held in Austin, Texas.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Research Use Only Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Advanced Aminos with respect to your use of this site and purchase of products.
