Our return policy, the exceptions we honor, and how to contact us if something went wrong with your order.
Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been dispatched. Please review all product details before purchasing. Exceptions apply only in limited circumstances described below.
Opened or shipped products cannot be returned under any circumstances. No exceptions.
We will resolve issues caused by transit damage, lost shipments, or documented fulfillment errors.
All claims must be initiated by emailing support@advancedaminos.com within the applicable window.
We will review and resolve claims in the following circumstances. All claims must be submitted within the applicable time window listed below.

Claims submitted outside these windows may not be eligible for resolution. We encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If your package arrived damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the product immediately — before disposing of any materials. For lost orders, note the carrier tracking status.
Send your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos to support@advancedaminos.com. Use the subject line: Order Issue — [Your Order #].
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days. For damaged or lost orders, we may initiate a carrier claim and will keep you informed of resolution progress.
Approved claims are resolved by replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are not available due to the nature of research-grade products.
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been picked and packed. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@advancedaminos.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has begun. Same-day orders placed before 12pm CT are often packed within hours.
Pre-order purchases may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, standard policy applies — all sales are final.
We understand porch theft happens and we take it seriously. Contact us within 5 business days if tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package. We will review each case individually. To protect high-value orders, we recommend requesting shipment to a secure address, office, or package locker.
Where applicable, resolutions may be issued as store credit applied to your account. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future order. Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
