Every order ships in clean, sealed, protective packaging with clear product identification. Discreet outer packaging is standard on all orders, regardless of order size.
Once your order ships, tracking details are sent to the email on your account. Log in anytime to check your order status, or use the link in your confirmation email.
Orders are processed on business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Orders containing multiple items may ship together or separately depending on product availability.
Cold-chain or compound-specific handling requirements, where applicable, are applied during fulfillment. Advanced Aminos does not provide preparation, dosing, or human-use instructions.
Delivery estimates begin after carrier pickup and may be affected by weather, carrier volume, address issues, or other events outside Advanced Aminos control. If tracking does not update within 3 business days after shipping confirmation, contact support.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you have a specific regional inquiry, reach out to support@advancedaminos.com.
If your package was damaged in transit or never arrived:
Claims submitted outside the windows listed above may not be eligible for resolution.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Advanced Aminos is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses as provided by the buyer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@advancedaminos.com. We cannot guarantee address corrections after an order has been picked and packed.
